Asopos Najaarswedstrijden - 26 & 27 oktober

On the 26th and 27th of October, it's time again for the Asopos Najaarswedstrijden at the Bosbaan. This competition is known for the "Afroeikampioenschap" and the first race between the selections of all rowing clubs, featuring 500m and 2000m races.

Inexperienced C4+ Crews

The ladies will start in block 1 on Saturday. The men will start in block 4 on Sunday.

Race information

For C4+ crews, the competition consists of a 500m preliminary race and a 500m final. The rest of the crews will start a 2000-meter race, including a preliminary race and a final.

Steering Instructions:

There is no mandatory steering instruction, but it is highly recommended to review the vaar rules before the race begins. You can find them here.

Accessibility information

The competition takes place at the Bosbaan in Amstelveen. If you are traveling by car, please navigate to Bosbaan, opposite 4, 1182 AG Amstelveen. Paid parking is available at this location. If you are using public transportation, consider using the bus or public bicycles (OV fietsen). Please note that there is a high likelihood of limited availability of public bicycles, so be sure to factor this into your planning!
